Yoga for You

A yoga practice is deeply personal, as we all have different needs physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Your practice looks different from anyone else’s, and may even be different for you day to day.

Yoga means connection. We all come to our mat from a different place physically, mentally, and emotionally, yet we all seek a common goal: to find connection.

I welcome all bodies and abilities to practice with me. Every body is a yoga body, regardless of size, gender, or ability. All bodies are welcome, accepted, and celebrated.

My intention for guiding your practice is to allow you to connect with your body, your breath, and your spirit.

I offer options and variations in poses to allow you to find the expression you need for your unique self.
