We all come to our mat from a different place (physically, mentally, and emotionally), yet we all seek a common goal: to find connection. My intention for guiding your practice is to allow you to connect with your body, your breath, and your spirit.
What is “Body Positive”?
Body positivity means that every body is welcome, accepted, and celebrated. I welcome people of all shapes, ages, and abilities, and I offer adaptations and modifications for poses to allow you to experience yoga in a way that your unique body allows.
